One and the same person

I, Smt. Lakshmi Devi, W/o Suresh K, aged about 38 years, residing at Site No. 7, Hosahalli Village, Gubbi Taluk, Tumakuru District 572 216, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:

  1. I am the deponent herein and am fully acquainted with the facts stated below.
  2. I am the owner of the property at Site No. 7, Sy. No. 45/2, Hosahalli Village, Nittur Hobli, Gubbi Taluk, Tumakuru District (e-Swathu Property ID 152300101700700007). My name is recorded as "Lakshmi Devi" in the Sale Deed No. GBB-1-02207-2019-20 dated 14-11-2019 and the Property Tax Paid Receipt No. HGP/2025-26/0311 dated 14-07-2025, and as "Laxmidevi" in the e-Swathu Form 9 dated 06-02-2023.
  3. The names "Lakshmi Devi" and "Laxmidevi" refer to one and the same person, namely myself. The difference is only one of spelling.
  4. I make this affidavit for submission to Sample Housing Finance Ltd, Tumakuru Branch, in connection with my home construction loan, and to any other authority that may require it.
