Borrower documents stay on your systems.
A loan file holds title deeds, ID proofs and bank details. You choose where the tools run, and the documents do not have to leave your network.
Where the tools run
Three ways to work, your choice.
A pilot can start hosted by us or in your browser; once live, the tools can move inside your own network.

In your browser
Point the tool at a folder on your computer or office share. Files are read inside the browser tab and nothing is uploaded. Available now for the loan file check.

Inside your network
We install the tools on a server in your office or in your own cloud account in India. Documents, drafts and logs stay on your systems, under your keys and your access controls.

Hosted by us
For a pilot, if you prefer. Files are stored in India, used only to draft your reports, and deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
How we handle files
Plain commitments.
- We never handle original title deeds. The advocate examines the originals; your branch or custodian keeps them.
- Each loan file is used only to prepare the documents you asked for. It is not used to train models or shared with anyone else.
- Every report records which documents it relied on and in what form, so your auditors can trace it.
