The Legal Search Report is the document a lender relies on before it takes a property as security. This tool reads the loan file (deeds, encumbrance certificates, RTC, Form 9, tax receipts, conversion order) and writes the report: documents examined (original, certified copy or photocopy), searches made with their fee receipts, flow of title, encumbrances, revenue records, approvals, observations and the conditions before disbursement. Every statement carries a chip that opens the page it came from.
